For a short history of Fourpure Brewing company have a look at a previous post on the Shapeshifter West Coast IPA.
Inspired by travels, beer is a passion at Fourpure Brewing. The Easy Peeler is inspired by the open road and adventure, escaping the city, turning up the music and turning down the stress levels.
According to the official description, this is a "super juicy, tangerine and citrus Session IPA".
For me it poured a hazy dark orange colour with a slight off-white foam head. It has very prominent aromas of tangerine, citrus, light malts and grassy hops. The taste has the usual distinct bitterness of an IPA along with flavours of tangerine, melon and light bread notes with a dry and low bitterness aftertaste. It is a refreshing and very easy drinking beer, which I would highly recommend!
